1. Scope of Service

Aura is an AI Visual Diary application where users write their memories as text and these memories are visualized through third-party AI services. All generated visuals are presented in 4:5 vertical format, ready to share directly on social media.

2. Subscription and Credit System

Text input in the Aura app is completely free. Image generation and advanced features are managed through a credit and subscription system:

  • Users receive 5 free image generation rights (credits) under the freemium model upon first login.
  • Single-use credit packages of 10, 30, and 50 image generation rights can be purchased as needed.
  • Monthly (Aura Monthly) and annual (Aura Yearly) subscription options are available for a more comprehensive experience.
  • Users who upgrade to "Premium" gain full access to the AI Chat feature that remembers the context of past memories.

3. Subscription and Auto-Renewal Terms

Important information about your subscriptions:

  • Payment and Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
  • The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Fee: The renewal fee is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal anytime from Account Settings (App Store / Google Play).
  • No partial refunds are made for unused time in mid-period cancellations.

4. AI-Generated Content and Disclaimer

Important information about AI content:

  • Nature of Outputs and No Warranty: Aura uses third-party GenAI models. There is no guarantee that generated images will exactly meet user expectations or achieve 100% face consistency. Visuals are provided "as-is".
  • Input and Reference Photo Responsibility: Uploading another person's photo without their permission or requesting illegal content is prohibited.
  • Service Provider Disclaimer: Despite content moderation, Aura and its developer cannot be held responsible for AI-generated outputs.
  • Social Sharing: Sharing Aura-generated visuals on social platforms is entirely at the user's own initiative.

5. Content Moderation and User Responsibilities

Memory texts pass through AI-supported layers to ensure a safe platform environment:

  • Users cannot generate illegal or violent content through the system.
  • When illegal content is detected, the generation process is immediately stopped and the system issues a warning.
  • Romantic and emotionally nuanced memories are transformed by our AI layer into an aesthetic and safe (SFW) cinematic scene.
