Thank you for using the Aura app. The security of your personal data is our highest priority. The data you share while using our app is processed in a fully anonymized manner and is never shared with third parties in a way that directly reveals your identity for advertising or marketing purposes.
1. Data Collected and Purposes of Use
The following data is processed to enable the core functions of Aura:
- When you register, a unique user ID is created via Firebase Auth.
- The interests you select during onboarding are collected to generate personalized memory starter questions.
- The reference profile photo you add once is used to ensure face consistency (Identity Consistency) in your visualized memories.
- The memory texts you enter are processed so you can seamlessly chat with an interactive AI assistant that remembers the context of your past memories.
2. Third-Party Service Providers and Anonymization
To provide you with the AI-based visual diary service, we use infrastructures with industry-standard security protocols:
- User permissions, balances, and subscription statuses (Premium) are securely maintained on Firebase Firestore.
- Generated memory images are compressed and stored in WebP format on Firebase Storage.
- Subscription transactions and credit package management are handled through RevenueCat.
- Text processing and moderation processes are carried out anonymously with the Groq API.
- Image generation is done through Fal.ai services.
- All data sent to these external services is solely for performing instant operations and is not permanently shared with them.
3. Account and Data Deletion Rights (Google Play / GDPR)
